The March 8th meeting for the Illinois River Carriers Association will be held at the Holiday Inn South County Center. The meeting will start promptly at 08:00. The meeting room will be the Monticello B and will be open at 07:30. Lunch will be served at 12:00 following the meeting. There are a block 10 rooms reserved for Monday night, when booking your stay mention the IRCA to get the discount.
