ITCS Memo # 1794

Communications between the towing industry, USCG MSO Paducah and MSO St. Louis about the current river conditions and forecast has resulted in RIAC canceling the five barge width advisory for all north bound and south bound tows from UM mile 174.0 to 0.0.
RIAC will continue to monitor the river conditions and river stage forcast.
