Luhr Bros has completed their construction of 5 wier dikes and will be moving their equipment from the project scene. Pine Bluff is expected to complete their construction of the remaining 2 dikes by Oct. 04, 01. Please contact the M/V Pine Bluff for passing instructions on ch. 16, 13.
