Due to the recent terrorist attacks the Army Corps of Engineers has asked companies making crew changes at lock facilities to please call ahead and let them know crews will be coming and have the crew changes arrive in a vehicle with company markings. This is only being done as a precautionary measure. They are asking all companies to voluntarily abide by this request. They thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
