Subject: Government bridge at lock 15
ITCS Memo # 1826

After the vessel that is locking through lock 15 is clear, the government bridge at the lock will be closed to navigation. I'm told the RI Arsenal will remove the other lifting cylinder in order to use it as a template/guide for making a new lifting cylinder. The worst case scenario time frame for doing this work is 6 hours. Therefore, is estimated that navigation will be shut down today from around 1300 to 1900.
