ITCS Memo # 2243

Lock #22 will be closed for 6 to 12 hours to remove steel that is sticking out into the chamber of the lock. On the river wall bulkhead slot the rapper plat has come lose and is sticking out into the chamber 8" to 12". A diveing crew will be working to remove the obstruction.
