Subject: Lock #21 (Mile 324.9 UMR) Closure 6/20/06 and 6/21/06 from 0700 - 1900
ITCS Memo # 2390

LOCK NO. 21, UMR Mile 324.9, will be closed to all navigation from
0700 to 1900 on both 20 June 2006 and 21 June 2006 to remove the #1 and #3 miter gates and install spare miter gates. The miter gates will be repaired and reinstalled later this year.

Towboat operators are requested NOT to tie up on the guidewalls
during this closure period.
