ITCS Memo # 2456

The following water level information was taken from Rivergages.com earlier today.

Henry - Water levels are expected to crest slightly below flood stage
(0.2 feet) on Dec 27.

Peoria - Water levels have reached flood stage Dec 25 and are expected to crest approximately 1.2 feet above flood stage on Dec 27.

Peoria Lock - Water levels have risen above the lock walls and are expected to crest slightly below flood stage (0.1 feet) on Dec 28. No additional impacts to navigation are expected because the navigable pass is open over the wicket dam.

Beardstown - Water levels are currently 1.2 feet over flood stage and are expected to steadily rise over the next few days, cresting approximately 2.1 feet above flood stage on Jan 1.

LaGrange Lock - Water levels are currently 3.9 feet over flat pool and are expected to steadily rise over the next few days, cresting approximately 2.5 feet below flood stage on Jan 1. No additional impacts to navigation are expected because the navigable pass is open over the wicket dam.

I will send out another update on Thursday, Jan 4 unless things change significantly.
Thank
Mike
