ITCS Memo # 2556

The USCG UMR, St. Louis, MO Sector, has established a temporary river closure on the IL River from Mile 116 to Mile 120 due to a downed power line across the channel. The electric company is arriving on the scene and will have more information to follow. At this time, the river is closed.
