Subject: River closure MM 01 UMR on 3 AUG 2007
ITCS Memo # 2575

The river will be closed to all traffic from 0600 to 2000 local time 3 AUG 2007 at MM 1 UMR, due to salvage operations in the vicinity of the Cairo HWY Bridge. The river will then reopen to pass waiting traffic. The river will be reopened as soon as the salvage operation is complete. Which could be in 6 or 7 hours.
