Subject: Watch Phase on the Ill River
ITCS Memo # 2586

On the upper ILL. River there are 2 zones that are in the Watch Phase. Zone 9 and 10, RM 200-244.6. These are in the Chicago MSU. Please watch for bridge clearances, debris, and swift current. Rain is forecast throughout the basin.
