Subject: Water Levels on the UMR
ITCS Memo # 2590

Water Control, Rock Island District, said that without any significant rainfall they feel confident that the water levels on the UMR will not rise high enough to cause any of the Locks on the UMR to go out of operation.
If this changes they will let me know and I will pass that information on.
