Subject: Lock No. 19, UMR Mile 364.3
ITCS Memo # 2602

Lock No. 19, UMR Mile 364.3, will be closed to all navigation from 0800 to 1600 on Tuesday, 16 October 2007. The purpose of this closure is to disconnect the service gate hydraulics and isolate the guard gate hydraulics.
Towboat operators are requested NOT to tie up on the guidewalls during this closure period.
