Subject: Lock #13 - 8 hour closure 11/19
ITCS Memo # 2607

L/D13 has a problem with their pillow block bearings on the #4 Miter Gate (Upper I-Wall). The bearings need changed out soon or we could end up with a more major problem shortly.

There will be an 8-hour closure on Monday, 19 November to get this work accomplished. This closure coincides with an 8-hour closure at L/D11 on the same day.
