Subject: 70' Width Restriction at Locks 20, 21 and 22

The following information has been passed on by Mr. Bill Gretten....
Due to severe ice conditions, a 70 ft width restriction is in effect at Locks 20, 21, and 22. Double tripping or use of an industry helper boat will be necessary for doubles as these locks are unable to pull cuts.
