Captain Mark Roach with Inland Marine Service has accepted the position as RIAC Co-Chairman. Mark’s primary responsibility will be to address any permit issues and report them to the group. He will also back up the Chairman’s position when I am unavailable. A big thanks to Captain Mark for offering his time to the industry and to Inland Marine Service for supporting RIAC.
