Subject: MILE 179.9 - MILE 179.3 UMR - FIREWORKS DISPLAY/RIVER CLOSURE
NAVNOTICE # 1761

On July 3, 2009 and again on July 4, 2009, from 9:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., each day, the Fair St. Louis, a barge based fireworks display will be
held between approximate Miles 179.9 and 179.3. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the river for these events. Mariners are urged to
exercise caution in the area during the event periods.
