Subject: MILE 490.2 - MILE 489.8 UMR - FIREWORKS DISPLAY/RIVER CLOSURE
NAVNOTICE # 1765

On July 3, 2009, from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., a fireworks display will be held between approximate Miles 490.2 and 489.8. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the river for this event. Mariners are urged to exercise caution in the area during this event.
