On July 3, 2009, from 9:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m., the Radio Dubuque Fireworks and Airshow will be held between approximate Miles 581.7 and 580.4. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the river for this event. Mariners are urged to exercise caution when transiting the area during the event times.
