Subject: MILE 791.3 - MILE 790.7 UMR - FIREWORKS DISPLAY/RIVER CLOSURE
NAVNOTICE # 1771

On July 4, 2009, from 10:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., the Mississippi Alumination, a land based fireworks display, will be held between approximate Miles 791.3 and 790.7. On June 28, 2009, from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., a waterski show will be held between approximate Miles 772.8 and 772.4. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the waterway for these events.
