Subject: MILE 2.0 - MILE 1.0 ILR- FIREWORKS DISPLAY/WATERWAY CLOSURE

On July 4, 2009, from 8:00 p.m., until 9:00 p.m., the 4th of July Celebration, a land based display, will be held between approximate Miles 2.0 and 1.0. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the waterway for this event. Mariners are urged to exercise caution in the area during the
event period.
