Subject: MILE 30.0 - MILE 28.0 MOR - FIREWORKS DISPLAY/RIVER CLOSURE
NAVNOTICE # 1777

On July 3, 2009 and again on July 4, 2009, from 9:15 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., each day, the Riverfest 2009 Fireworks Display, a barge based event, will be held between Miles 30.0 and 28.0 Missouri River. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the river for these events. Mariners are urged to in the area during the events.
