Subject: MILE 98.9 - MILE 98.0 MOR - FIREWORKS DIPLAY/RIVER CLOSURE

On July 4, 2009, from 9:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., the Hermann 4th of July, a land based fireworks display, will be held between approximate Miles 98.9 and 98.0 Missouri River. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the river during this event. Mariners are urged to exercise caution in the area during the event.
