On July 3, 2009, from 9:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., the Mississippi Fireworks Festival will be held between approximate Mile 202.9 and 202.2 Missouri River. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the river for this event. Mariners are urged to exercise caution in the area during the event times.
