Subject: MILE 365.2 - MILE 364.8 MOR - FIREWORKS DISPLAY/RIVER CLOSURE

On July 3, 2009 and again on July 4, 2009, from 10:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., each day, the Kansas City Riverfest, a land based fireworks display, will be held between approximate Miles 365.2 and 364.8 Missouri River. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed the river for the events. Mariners are urged to exercise caution during the event periods.
