On July 4, 2009, from 9:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m., the Parkville 4th of July Fireworks Display, will be held in the vicinity of Mile 377.7 Missouri River. This is a land based event. The COTP Upper Mississippi River has closed between Mile 378.2 and 377.2, for this event.
