OPERNOTICE # 2

MILE 51.5, CAPE GIRARDEAU REPLACEMENT HWY BRIDGE
In coordination with the Coast Guard and RIAC channel closures are tentatively scheduled for August 11, 12 and 13 for up to 12 hours from 5:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. to complete final steel erection. No vessel is allowed to transit during these closures by order of the Captain of the Port. During other times mariners should exercise caution when transiting the area and are requested during the hours 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Saturday, to notify the construction tug M/V PATRIOT (call sign WBY 5894) on VHF-FM channels 13 or 16 an hour prior to passing the site in order for workers to prepare for wake. This should complete the superstructure.
