AS OF 19 MARCH 2003, CREW CHANGES ARE ALLOWED PROVIDED LOCK IS
NOTIFIED BY FAX ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD IN ADVANCE. FAX MUST
IDENTIFY BY NAME ANYONE TO BOARD THE VESSEL, DRIVER'S NAME AND
VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION. IDENTIFICATION BY INDIVIDUAL MUST MATCH
FAX INFORMATION. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS PERMITTED!
DUE TO SECURITY WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES THROUGH MAIL OR
FEDEX.
ALL NORTHBOUND VESSELS WITH BARGES ASSEMBLED BY HARBOR CREWS
WILL ENSURE THAT A PROPER BREAK COUPLING IS IN PLACE PRIOR TO
START OF LOCKAGE AT THIS LOCATION. NO COUPLING WILL BE STRIPPED
AND RELAID DURING THE LOCKAGE PROCESS. THE FIRST SOUTHBOUND TOW
TO LOCK AFTER ANY NORTHBOUND TOW WILL UTILIZE THE L-DIKE AS
THEIR WAITING AREA. REFUSAL TO USE THE L-DIKE WILL RESULT IN
LOSS OF LOCK TURN.

ALL TOWS NORTHBOUND AND SOUTHBOUND NEED TO NOT RUB OR LAND ON
THE GUIDECELL ON THE LOWER END OF THE LOWER GUIDEWALL AS IT HAS
BEEN DAMAGED AND COULD BE DAMAGED FURTHER AND ALSO CAUSE DAMAGE
TO A BARGE THAT WOULD LAND ON IT.
